PLANNT2iYr BOARD MEETING <br />Monday, August 30,1954 <br />Present: Adams, Grindle, Irwin, Ripley,# Stevens. <br />Meeting opened at 8 o'clock. <br />Form A. Mr. Tropeano as attorney for �GGe�oor�geK__n__o__x submitted Form A dated <br />Aug, and plan of land on Shade St. T if subdivided as shown <br />will not leave required area and it is Mr. Stevens' opinion it is a matter <br />for Board of Appeals. Mr. Stevens to contact Mr. Tropeano, <br />Mr. Snow <br />Mr. Samuel P. Snow present, also Mr. Burn and Mr. Stevens. Mr. <br />Adam briefly explained the procedures and set-up of Town. Mr. Steven and <br />Mr. Burns also explained a few details. It is Mr. Stevens' suggestion that <br />all applications be cleared through Mr. Snow so that the Board might have <br />full story when it meets. Suggests he becomes thoroughly.famillar with <br />Rules and Regulations. Most of detail will cane through Mr, Burns, and will <br />also work with Mr. Benjamin and Mr. Jaquith who is now making up forma. An <br />immediate problem is more parking in Center. Mr. Snow was given copies of <br />' Zoning Bylaws of 1946 and 1950; also Building By-laws and copy of Rules and <br />Regulations. <br />Colonial Acres <br />Form C dated August 30, maps and fee submitted by Mr. Capaldi for <br />Colonial Acres on extension of Dan Road. On motion of Mr. Irwin, seconded <br />by Mr. Grindle, it was voted that date for public hearing be.aet for Monday, <br />September 13, at 8 o'clock. <br />Meeting adjourned at 900 o'clock. <br />Donald K.
