Potter I <br />On application submitted by Mr. Potter dated May 15, 19511,, <br />Land Case #1.8315, with plan for determination of Planning Board <br />approval under subdivision control law not required, it has been sug- <br />gested by Mr. Stevens that Mr. Potter be asked as to what he proposed <br />to do on lots 7-8 on said plan. If he intends adding #8 to Lot 5, CA.., <br />otherwise there would be no frontage and therefore would cora under <br />the Planning Board jurisdiction. After discussion no action was taken <br />because the Board felt that further information in regard to the proposed <br />lots should be requested. <br />Meeting adjourned at 10:55 otclock. <br />Wilbur M.
