Stated layout had been approved -under original set-up and they were neer ready I to go ahead and wished approval, The Board to send plans and agreement to <br />Mr. Stevens for his check. <br />Norman May <br />Mr. Norman May presented Form A with plan of Lexington Construction <br />Co., lots on Hill st. bounded by Arthur C, & Florence Ruge, land formerly of <br />Sherman Hardy., -and land of Lexington Construction Co.; plan of Miller & Nylander, <br />dated March 26, 1954, <br />Also Form A and plan of Arthur C. & Florence Ruge, lots 3 and 4 on <br />Hill St., bounded by land of Arthur C. & Florence Ruge and land of George D. <br />Harrington; plan of Miller & Nylander dated March 25,1954. Both these plans <br />were signed as not requiring approval by the Board since no streets were in- <br />volved. <br />DeVries Construction Co., Inc. <br />Since a letter of approval had been received by the Board of Health, <br />it was moved by Mr. Hathaway, seconded by Mr.�Irwin and unanimously voted that <br />the definitive plan for Section I,' Sun Valley, submitted by DeVries Construc- <br />tion Co., Inc. on March 8, 1954 be approved. <br />On motion of Mr. Ripley, seconded by Mr. Grindle, it was unanimously ' <br />voted that Mr. Burns be authorized to purchase a 4 -drawer steel cabinet for <br />use of the Planning Board. <br />Meeting adjourned at 10;20 p.m. <br />1A- en �` <br />Wilbur M.
