Bissette - Tuck <br />Plans of Mr. Bissette of land on Summer and Lowell streets and <br />of Mr. Thomas Tuck. on Barnes Place were signed as approval not required. Mr. <br />Albert Miller had left plan of land on Cary avenue to be signed, but as the <br />proper forms had not been filled out he is to be informed of the new pro- <br />cedure. Letter from Board of Appeals stating that petitions of Dow Picker- <br />ing on Lot 2, William Conde on Lot 3, and B & G Realty on Lot 1 had been <br />granted Dflcember 17, 1953. <br />Stevens <br />Mr. Stevens was asked if it was up to the Planning Board to do any- <br />thing about the articles in warrant re: change in zoning. He said they did <br />not need to propose, but should have a'report ready for each article. They <br />could move postponement if they wished. <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:30 until Monday evening, March 15 at 7:30 <br />for a short session preceding the Town Meeting. <br />Wilbur M.
