Inasmuch as the usual fee for expenses involved in publishing , <br />notice of such a hearing is adequate, but in this instance the cost is so <br />much greater than usual due to the length of the petition and the number <br />of persons to be notified, and inasmuch as the petition is brought in by <br />private citizens; it was felt that the Town should not bear the burden. Mr. <br />Potter moved, Mr. Hathaway seconded, that rir. Blackwell be billed for cost <br />involved. Unanimously voted by those present. <br />It was moved by Mr. Potter, seconded by Ips. Hathaway, that Mr. <br />Jaquith be invited to attend such Board meetings as he wished to in order <br />to become acquainted with the procedure.
