Friel receive$ building permit for one lot and <br />cannot subd v11 de except by Board of Appeals. Board was advised to object <br />since they wish to obtain option for new road on this lot. The Board <br />has authority to get option and should go ahead and get it now. <br />Philemon St. Advised not to sign plan on Philemon street as <br />there is no str� eet olved in Le:dngton and is therefore riot under'the <br />Board's jurisdiction. <br />Yeorian. Mr. 'Yeoman has first to acquire lands then it is a <br />matter for Board of Appeals. <br />Sarnow <br />I�r.
