PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />Monday,. Jan. 4, 1951 <br />Present: Adams, Grindle, Hathaway, Irwin, Potter, Ripley. <br />Meeting opened at 7:45 o'clock. On motion made by Mr. Potter, <br />seconded by Ns. Grindle, it was voted that Mr. Lichtenberg be authorized <br />to bring the population map up-to-date as of December 31, 1953. <br />Carrie <br />Pim. James Carrig appeared for information on his plan for Section <br />on Watertown and Pleasant streets. Mr. Stevens suggested that the Planning <br />Board sign the plan with the notation that it does not conform to lot sizes, <br />then Mr. Carrig can take it to the Board of Appeals. <br />Carrier <br />Plan signed by Board as not requiring approval as presented by Mrs. <br />Marion Carrier on lot of land off Burlington street adjacent to Kinneen Park. <br />Friehl <br />Plan submitted by lair. Friehl for signature as not requiring appro- <br />val of lot on Revere street between Continental Realty and C. H. Jackson. <br />This was held over for more information. <br />DeVries <br />Informal discussion held with Mr. DeVries relative to his plan of <br />Pleasant Associates dated Dec. 1949 by G. E. Northrup. Plan is not now in <br />order since zoning change. Question of proposed Johnson road going through <br />this property. Mr. DeVriee stated he was willing to put in utilities. Mr. <br />Stevens to get in touch with proper authorities on Johnson road as it is <br />important to get this started as development is coming up. Once a taking <br />is made there can be building on either side without street having been <br />built. Mr. DeVries took back three plans of general layout and two trac- <br />ings. <br />Some informal discussion held on drainage problem of Section 3, <br />Minute ManHighlands, Mr. Carrig's land on Concord Turnpike which affects <br />Mr. Nardello. <br />Also informal discussion on pinning down projected roads in order <br />that Ir.
