1 1 1 March 16, 1987 Continued 535 - Before Before closing the meeting, Mr. Smith informed the Board of the following: Blue Cross/Blue Shield has made available to us a Choke Saving Course at the Choke cost of $10.00 a head for all food establishments or people involved with Saver food. At the termination of the course, a lifetime certificate will be Program given by Blue Cross/Blue Shield. April Mr. Smith stated that an Educational Program had been provided for the AIDS Lexington Fire/Police personnel. Custodians and school personnel also Education attended. State D.P.H. made the presentation. Mr. Smith indicated that we are beginning to plan for our annual rabies Rabies clinic. Consideration is being given to vaccinate cats. Mr. Smith would Clinic like the Board's input. Mr. Smith reviewed a severe oil spill and accident that occurred on February 17, 1987. The cleanup has turned into a considerable problem and will con- tinue into the foreseeable future. Some 9000 gallons of fuel oil (diesel) had spilled into the immediate water shed for the City of Cambridge water supply. Mr. Smith indicated that we are well into the planning stages for Patriot's Day 1987. The Board adjourned at 9:00 p.m. and set the next meeting for Tuesday, April 21, 1987 as the Patriot's Day Celebration would be held on Monday, April 20, 1987.
