54 <br />-2- <br />Mr. Smith reported there is an overflowing septic system on <br />Lincoln Street that he has ordered connected to town sewer. <br />Mr. & Mrs. Huang of Mason Street that owns the property at <br />31 James Street has connected the James Street property to town <br />sewer as ordered. <br />Mr. Smith mentioned a had leak in the roof of a house on <br />Bird Hill Road. <br />He also told the Board that there is a pile of asbestos <br />(3 - 4 cubic yards) down in Pheasant Brook Estates.
