O55 <br />Mr. Smith said that we should invite the new Director of the East Middlesex <br />Mosquito Control into the next meeting (in December). <br />The Board discussed the regulations for DNA Research again. After some <br />discussion, they decided to have the Director send a memo to the Town Manager <br />and the Board of Selectmen notifying them of their decision to draw up regula- <br />tions and ask the Town Manager and the Board of Selectmen for their comments. <br />Mr. Smith told the Board that the Town Manager is tenatively thinking about <br />giving him a full-time assistant health officer. <br />Mr. Lambie said when Mr. Smith writes a "full time" job description for <br />this position, the Board would like to go over it with him before submitting <br />it to the Personnel Department.
