Members present were: <br />Dr. William L. Cosgrove, Chairman; Mr. James W. Lambie, Dr. Michael S. Erdos and <br />George A. Smith, Director of Public Health. <br />The minutes of the September 11, 1978 meeting were approved with the cor- <br />rection regardinn the permits at the Minute Man Condominium. Pool. <br />Dr. Cosgrove reported that the Budgets would be due the 27th of October.BUDGETS <br />Also the departments had been requested to show how they could reduce their FY - 80 <br />budgets by 10%. <br />Line items were discussed regarding a 10% reduction. <br />Dr. Cosgrove stated there was no way he could see to reduce the personnel <br />caroice accounts by 10%. <br />
