He <br />planned to operate this business in a room at the Battle Green Inn. Fur- <br />ther checking showed that the people at Battle Green Inn did not know <br />anything about his plans. <br />Mr. Smith discussed this person with Chief Corr and they will keep <br />this person under surveillance. <br />The Kreb's School application to keep one pony was approved by the <br />Board. <br />Mr. Lambie said that there was a meeting of the Growth Policy Com- <br />mittee this week and he will attend as the Board of Health representative. <br />The following permits were signed by the Board: <br />Rubbish Permit: <br />S. Members present were: <br />Dr. William L. Cosgrove, Chairman; James W. Lambie, Dr. Charles Ellicott <br />and George A. Smith, Director of Public Health. <br />The minutes of the March 1, 1976 meeting were approved as read. <br />Mr. Smith brought to the attention of the Board the new Anti -choking <br />Regulations passed by the State Health Department. He also showed the <br />Board brochures on a "Throat -E -Vac" device. To date the State Health <br />Department has not approved any of the devices on the market and until <br />they do this law cannot be enforced.
