573 <br />Mr. Finneran reported that we had estimated that approx- ORAL FOLIO <br />imately 500 more children received the Oral Sabin Vaccine, Type CLINIC <br />I, at the make-up clinics held Januar;; 17, 1963. This clinic <br />took care of the new infants, children who have just moved <br />into Town and anyone who failed to receive this Type in May, <br />1962. <br />The clerk reported that application for premature aid had PREMATURE <br />been filed by Richard B. Ford, 1989 Massachusetts- Avenue.' Mr. INFANT <br />Collins, Welfare Agent, has checked this application and reported <br />it is a Lexington Settlement and also financially elegible for <br />premature aid.
