Mr. Lurvey reported that upon receipt of <br />this letter he investigated this stand and all he could find was <br />parts of an old bycicle. Mr. Lurvey reported that Mr. Wong of the State Health <br />Department wnet over the building with him and although the rubbish <br />disposal system could be improved there was nothing that could be <br />called a Public Health issue. Mr. Wong noticed a space heater with- <br />out a vent. The stairways were not obstructed in any way and al- <br />though they were dingy in appearance they were clean. The Board agreed <br />that the best thing to do was to wait for the new Sanitary Code to <br />come out and then do something about the Central Block. <br />Letter from Mr. Louis L.
