4. 2018-19 PLANNING <br /> i. Town Survey-plan to be developed and possibly launched during Memorial <br /> Day/Discovery Day. LACS has agreed Mark can join temporarily share booth, still awaiting <br /> word from Munroe. Considering paper surveys to be available if so. Also will design <br /> online with Survey monkey during Summer 2018, results to be reviewed in September <br /> 2018, to be confirmed with all attendees in May meeting. <br /> ii. Parade (Lynne Klemmer)-Lynne will provide update as she has volunteered to represent <br /> the Council for the Patriot's Day parade with Munroe sponsored Art Ride event. <br /> iii. Discovery Day(Memorial Day w/e)-Mark has agreed to hand out Town surveys, however <br /> this events presents the best opportunity to launch to attract highest quality and quantity of <br /> surveys. Further discussion planned and plan to be confirmed in May meeting. <br /> 5.. ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> i.
