Town of Lexington 20/20 Vision Committee Meeting April 27,2018 Parker Room,Town Office Building 1625 Massachusetts Avenue 7:45 a.m.—9:00 a.m. Members Present: Dan Krupka, Andrew Dixon,Joe Pato, Margaret Coppe, Mark Manasas, Ginna Johnson, Fernando Quezada, Kathleen Lenihan,Alan Wrigley, Peter Lee Members Absent: Bhumip Khasnabish, Peter Enrich, Carroll Ann Bottino Visitor(s): Grant Carrow, Harry Forsdick,Tracy Horn, Candy McLaughlin The meeting was called to order at 7:49 a.m. The minutes for March 30, 2018 were approved. The meeting was primarily devoted to ■ Reflection and observation of Town Meeting topics and discussion of their relevance to the Lexington 20/20 Vision Committee Communication Subcommittee. ■ Reviewing information and updates on January 2020 observance. ■ Receiving updates on the Communication Subcommittee. From discussions,we formulated the following decisions and action items: Decisions ■ Motion was properly seconded and approved at 8:35 a.m. to induct new members (Marian Cohen, P.K. Shiu, and Sherry Zhu)to the Communication Subcommittee for the 20/20 Vision Committee. ■ Find missing information in preparation for the January 2020 Observation from Town staff and Candy. Action Items ■ Mark will come up with a set of recommendations for the Town Website update. ■ Mark and Rajon will work with the Town Webmaster to update and fix the links to the 20/20 Vision Committee page on the Town website. ■ Rajon will work on reserving the rest of the meeting dates to the end of the year.
