EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />LEXINGTON SCHOOL COMMITTEE <br />DECEMBER 2, 2008 <br />(Ellen Stone Room, Cary Hall) <br /> <br /> <br />Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Members present – Helen Cohen, Rod Cole, Margaret Coppe, Tom Diaz, Ravi Sakhuja <br />Others present – Paul Ash, Robert Harris <br /> <br />Motion to go into executive session for the purpose of negotiations made by Mr. Diaz and <br />seconded by Mr. Cole. <br /> <br />Roll call vote: <br /> <br />Ms. Cohen – Yes <br />Mr. Cole – Yes <br />Ms. Coppe – Yes <br />Mr. Diaz – Yes <br />Mr. Sakhuja – Yes <br /> <br />Mr. Cole volunteered to participate as a member of the LEA - Unit A negotiating <br />committee. <br /> <br />Mr. Cole’s appointment to the LEA - Unit A negotiating committee was approved by <br />unanimous consent. <br /> <br />Motion to adjourn at 7:25 p.m. – all voted in favor <br /> <br /> <br /> Voted released – June 24, 2011 <br /> Voted not released – February 24, 2009 <br /> <br />
