DRAFT MEDICAL MARIJUANA ZONING BY-LAW <br /> Lexington, Massachusetts <br /> 2017 Annual Town Meeting <br /> That the Zoning Bylaw, Chapter 135 of the Code of the Town of Lexington, <br /> be amended, effective April 1, 2017, as follows: <br /> 1) Delete in Definitions §13 5-6.10: "Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers". <br /> 2) Insert in Definitions §135-6.10 after "Medical, dental, or psychiatric <br /> offices" the following definition: Medical Marijuana Cultivation Center <br /> (MMCC): A not-for-profit establishment, registered as a Registered <br /> Marijuana Dispensary (RMD) in accordance with Massachusetts law, that <br /> acquires, cultivates, possesses, transfers, and transports: marijuana, products <br /> containing marijuana, and related supplies. <br /> 3) Insert in Definitions §135-6.10 after "Medical Marijuana Distribution <br /> Center" the following definition: Medical Marijuana Processing Center <br /> (MMPC): A not-for-profit establishment, registered as a Registered <br /> Marijuana Dispensary (RMD) in accordance with Massachusetts law, that <br /> acquires, possesses, processes [including development of related products <br /> such as edible marijuana infused products (MIPs), tinctures, aerosols, oils, or <br /> ointments], transfers, and transports: marijuana, products containing <br /> marijuana, and related supplies. <br /> 4) Replace in Part N of Table 1 "Permitted Uses and Development <br /> Standards," line N.1.03 so that the amended section of Table 1 will now <br /> appear as follows: <br /> RO RS RT CN CRS CS CB CLO CRO CM <br /> N.
