Valente ES.1 <br /> SUMMARY: <br /> Suggested motion for Executive Session: Move that the Board go into Executive Session to consider potential <br /> litigation and the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property, Pine Grove/Judges Way complex, and <br /> to reconvene in Open Session.
