I include a copy of the CPC amendments, which primarily relate to the need for deed <br />restrictions. I will leave the track changes in, in case you wish to leave the changes highlighted. <br />Per the CPC agreement with LexHAB, the BOS must approve these changes as well. Could you put this on a <br />future agenda for BOS review/approval? <br />I also include this yearÓs project description for LexHAB. The CPC decided to limit the use of Set-Aside funds in <br />FY14 to the ÐdevelopmentÑ of housing at either Leary or Busa.
