Further, that as Chairman, I <br /> declare that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the <br /> Town. <br /> Exemption 3: I Move to go into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to collective <br /> bargaining strategy related to the AFSCME DPW Union and Library Union.
