Ch. <br />Executive <br />Session <br />Selectmen's Meeting <br />January 8, 1973 <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to insert <br />Article 95 in the Warrant for the 1973 Annual Town Meeting, to see <br />if the Town will vote to appropriate a sum of money from available <br />funds toward the reduction of the 1973 tax rate. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to close the <br />Warrant for the 1973 Annual Town Meeting. <br />Chairman Kenney requested the Board to appoint an Acting <br />Chairman during his vacation period. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to appoint <br />Fred C. Bailey as Acting Chairman of the:Board of Selectmen during <br />the absence of Chairman Kenney from January 9 through January 20, 1973. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to go into <br />Executive Session for the purpose of discussing, deliberating or <br />voting on matters which, if made public, would adversely affect the public <br />security, financial interests of the Town or the reputation of a person. <br />After discussion of matters of financial interest to the Town, <br />it was voted to go out of Executive Session. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn at <br />10:55 P.M. <br />A true record, Attest: <br />()AA' <br />)27 <br />Executive Clerk, Selectmen <br />
