24 <br />Articles <br />for 1973 <br />Annual <br />Town Meeting <br />Executive <br />Session <br />Selectmen's Meeting January 2, 1973 <br />Braintree -$4,824, which was reduced by $48 due to a reduction in the <br />number of copies of Part 1. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to award the <br />contract for the printing of the 1972 Town Report to Semolina, Inc. at the <br />bid price of $4,776. for the base contract; with delivery of a mini- <br />mum of 9,500 copies of Part 1 and 700 copies of Partll, with accept- <br />ance of an overrun of 3%. <br />The Board discussed the Articles to be inserted in the Wartant <br />for the 1973 Annual Town Meeting. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded; it was voted to insert the <br />following Articles in the Warrant for the 1973 Annual Town Meeting: <br />A complete list of Articles is to be typed into the Record Book. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to go into <br />Executive Session for the purpose of discussing, deliberating or <br />voting on matters which, if made public, would adversely affect <br />the public security, financial interests of the Town or the repu- <br />tation of a person. <br />After discussion of matters of financial interest to the Town, <br />it was voted to go out of Executive Session. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjoirnat <br />9:20 p.m. <br />A true record, Attest:' <br />FliAk <br />Executive Clerk, Selectmen <br />
