The sul)erintendent has decided however, that

grave with the intension of occuping the
grave with his son at some future date, to
allow the burial.

his body this will be done" without causing

Monuments or memorial stones when approved by the commis•
sioners for marking lots or individual graves may be constructed if
substantially level with the surface of the lot..
No foundation shall be constructed except by order of and under
the supervision of the superintendent,, and all requests by lot owners
or others for the same must be made in writing, and the person
signing such will be held responsible for the payment of the expense
thereof. No responsibility is assumed for verbal or telephone orders.
In ordering foundations particular care must be taken to designate
the exact location in the lot in which it is desired to place the stone.
Prices will be aiven for foundations by the superintendent on receipt
of the size of the lower base.
No person carrying firearms shall be permitted within the cemo-
tery except in a case of military funerals where permission is given
by the superintendent.
No refreshments or other articles of any sort shall be taken upon
the grounds of the cemetery for the purpose of being sold thereon.
Writing upon or otherwise defacing any monument, fence, sign or
other structure upon the cemetery grounds is prohibited.
All persons are prohibited from gathering flowers, either wild or
cultivated, or from breaking or otherwise injuring any tree, shrub,
or plant, or annoying birds, squirrels, or other harmless animals
within the cemetery.
No dogs shall be brought into the cemetery except on leash.
No receptacle other than those manufactured for the use of bouquet
holders will be allowed on any grave or lot.
All persons are reminded that the grounds are sacredly devoted
to the interment of the dead, and that a strict observance of all that
is proper in such a place will be required of them.
NO PLANTING ALLOWED.

The regulation size Marker in the babys section of Westview
Cemetery is 8 inches by 12 inches - flush with the sod.
This is set on a cement foundation, three to four inches be-
low sod. The cost of the foundation is $3.00.
Mr. Kling is the superintendent of Cemeteries and hr. Goodland
is the foreman. Either of these two gentlemen will be glad to
help you when you visit the cemetery in September.

At your renuest on Anril 16, 1976 the remains of Baby Boy Martin
was removed from grave #64D, baby section, dale of Rest to the
head of grave #1, Sunnyside, range D, lot #301.
The charge for this removal to the new location was offset by the
surrender of the baby grave back to the Town.
