69 <br />LEXINGTON BOARD OF APPEALS <br />December 12, 1985 <br />Pursuant to notice in the Lexington Minute -Man, a newspaper of general circula- <br />tion in the Town, published on November 28 and December 5, 1985 and notice sent by <br />mail, postage prepaid, to all interested parties pursuant to the provisions of <br />Massachusetts General Laws, public hearings were held in the Town Office Building <br />on the petitions listed below. <br />Acting on the petitions were: Vice Chairman Natalie H. Riffin, Associate <br />Members: William C. Hays, Mary W. Miley, John J. McWeeney and Robert V. Whitman. <br />1403 Massachusetts Avenue (Old Munroe School): Arts/Lexington and Share -A -Ride <br />requested a special permit, in accordance with Zoning By -Law Sections 10.4.4 (c) and <br />10.1.4, to install a standing sign. <br />52B Waltham Street: Grant Cole Realtors, Ronald W. Colwell, President, requested a <br />special permit, in accordance with Zonign By -Law Sections 10.4.4 (c) and 10.1.4, to <br />install a double-faced standing sign without lights at 52B Waltham Street. <br />110 Hartwell Avenue: Hartwood Limited Partnership requested a special permit, in <br />accordance with Zoning By -Law Sections 10.4.4 (c) and 10.4.4 to install a standing <br />sign at 110 Hartwell Avenue. <br />238 Wood Street: Massachusetts Institute of Technology Lincoln Laboratory requested <br />a special permit under Zoning By -Law Sections 3.3 and 6.3 for the extension and <br />enlargement of a non -conforming use to construct a 7200 square foot addition to an <br />existing building at 238 Wood Street. <br />' 24 Lincoln Street: Hayden Precision Ice Skating Teams requested a special permit <br />under Zoning By -Law Section 3.3 and Table 1, Line 3.5, to sell Christmas trees on <br />December 13, 14, and 15 at the Hayden Skating Facility at 24 Lincoln Street. <br />95 Hayden Avenue: Ledgemont Research Park Associates Limited Partnership, c/o The <br />Beal Companies, requested a modification of existing special permits to allow the <br />remodeling of the interior of an existing building to create an additional 9,377 <br />square feet of office space, and to add 92 parking spaces to the site at 95 Hayden <br />Ave. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />1403 Mass. Ave. SP granted unanimously. <br />52B Waltham St. SP granted unanimously. <br />110 Hartwell Ave. SP granted unanimously. <br />238 Wood St. - Petitioner's request to WITHDRAW the petition was granted unanimously. <br />24 Lincoln St. SP granted unanimously. <br />95 Hayden Ave. SPS granted unanimously. <br />The meeting adjourned at 11:02 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />' Evelyn F.
