85 <br />LEXINGTON BOARD OF APPEALS <br />October 24, 1985 <br />Pursuant to notice in the Lexington Minute -Man, a newspaper of general <br />circulation in the Town, published on October 10 and 17, 1985 and notice sent <br />by mail, postage prepaid, to all interested parties pursuant to the provisions <br />of Massachusetts General Laws, public hearings were held in the Town Office <br />Building on the petitions listed below. <br />Acting on the petitions were: Vice Chairman Natalie H. Riffin, Robert M. <br />Gary, Anne R. Scigliano, Clarence D. Turner, and Associate Member Eric T. <br />Clarke. <br />2 Forbes Road: Honeywell E.O.D. requested a special permit, pursuant to <br />Zoning By -Law Section 3.4, to construct a 1,000 square foot storage building <br />addition. <br />Land at Hartwell Avenue and Maguire Road: Maguire Road Realty Trust, Steven <br />Colangelo requested a variance of dimensional controls, Zoning By -Law Section <br />7 and Table 2, so that an office building may be built on 2.24 acres, instead <br />of 3 acres of land at Hartwell Avenue and Maguire Road, shown on Town of <br />Lexington Property Map 80, Lot 7 and Map 85, Lot 17. <br />Land at Hartwell Avenue and Maguire Road: Maguire Road Realty Trust, Steven <br />Colangelo requested a special permit with site plan review, pursuant to <br />Zoning By -Law Section 3.4, to construct a building for offices and research <br />and development for uses under Line Items 4.3, 4.4 and 7.2 of Table 1, Use <br />Regulation Schedule. <br />' 27 Muzzey Street: Kemm Realty Trust IV, Donald H. Katz, Trustee, requested a <br />special permit under the provisions of Zoning By -Law Section 6.4, or in the <br />alternative a variance from Section 5, so that the applicant may use the <br />premises known as 27 Muzzey Street as a general purpose office building for <br />rental to multiple tenants; also a variance of Section 11, Off -Street Parking <br />and Loading Requirements, to allow less than the number of parking spaces <br />required under Section 11.3. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />2 Forbes Rd. - SPS granted unanimously. <br />Land at Hartwell Avenue and Maguire Rd.: <br />Variance denied by vote of 4 to 1, Eric T. Clarke voting in favor. <br />Special Permit request was withdrawn with unanimous approval of the Board. <br />27 Muzzey St. - SP granted by vote of 4 to 1, Robert M.
