LEXINGTON BOARD OF APPEALS <br />July 11, 1985 <br />Pursuant to notice in the Lexington Minute -Man, a newspaper of general <br />circulation in the Town, published on June 27 and July 4, 1985 and notice sent by <br />mail, postage prepaid, to all interested parties pursuant to the provisions of <br />Massachusetts General Laws, public hearings were held in the Town Office Building <br />on the petitions listed below. <br />Acting on the petitions were: Chairman Thomas G. Taylor, Vice Chairman <br />Natalie H. Riffin, Robert M. Gary, Anne R. Scig*fano, and Eric T. Clarke, <br />Associate. <br />5 Fletcher Avenue: Ellen G. and John J. Alaimo requested a variance of Zoning <br />By -Law Section 7 and Table 2 (dimensional controls) in order to add a deck. <br />22 Muzzey Street: Daniel C. Yuill, Twenty Muzzey Realty Trust, requested a <br />variance of dimensional controls, Section 7.4.1 b, to add an addition. <br />238 Wood Street: Massachusetts Institute of Technology Lincoln Laboratory <br />requested an amendment to the special permit granted by the Board and filed on <br />September 27, 1984, to permit construction of a paint shop. <br />111 Adams Street: Carole Esserian requested a special permit, in accordance with <br />Zoning By -Law Section 5.7, to install an inground swimming pool. <br />26 Blossomcrest Road: Lawrence Elliott requested a special permit, in accordance <br />with Zoning By -Law Section 5.7, to install an above ground swimming pool. <br />19 Valley Road: Douglas and Cynthia Baker requested a variance of Zoning By -Law <br />Section 6.3 (dimensional controls) for a second floor addition. <br />Re: 196 Woburn Street, David Modoono hearing begun on June 13, continued to July <br />11 and re -scheduled for August 8: Petitioner has withdrawn his petition. A new <br />petition is expected. When it has been received at the Board of Appeals Office, <br />a new hearing will be scheduled, legal notice advertised and mailed to abutters <br />and parties in interest as required. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk, all having been granted unanimously: <br />5 Fletcher Avenue, <br />22 Muzzey Street, <br />238 Wood Street, <br />111 -Adams Street, <br />26 Blossomcrest Road, <br />19 Valley Road. <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:52 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Evelyn F.
