71 <br />LEXINGTON BOARD OF APPEALS <br />' June 13, 1985 <br />Pursuant to notice in the Lexington Minute -Man, a newspaper of general <br />circulation in the Town, published on May 30 and June 6, 1985 and notice sent by <br />mail, postage prepaid, to all interested parties pursuant to the provisions of <br />Massachusetts General Laws, public hearings were held in the Town Office Building <br />on the petitions listed below. <br />Acting on the petitions were: Chairman Thomas G. Taylor, Vice Chairman <br />Natalie H. Riffin, Anne R. Scigliano, Clarence D. Turner and Associate Member <br />William C. Hays. Also, in attendance were William C. Corcoran, Acting Building <br />Commissioner and David Patnaude, Building Inspector. <br />643 Waltham Street: James B. Catalano requested a special permit, in accordance <br />with Zoning By -Law Table 1, lines 3.2, 3.3, 3.4 and 3.5, to continue operations <br />of retail business of selling flowers, produce and plants grown on the premises. <br />196 Woburn Street: David Modoono requested a special permit, in accordance with <br />Zoning By -Law Table 1, lines 3.3, 3.4 and 3.5, to carryon the operations of a <br />roadside stand and sale of related wholesale products, as well as Christmas trees <br />in season at 196 Woburn Street. <br />231 Bedford Street: Carmen and Annette Lombardo requested a variance of Zoning <br />By -Law to park on the rear portion of the lot at 231 Bedford Street, which is <br />zoned residential. <br />321 Woburn Street: Iole Rocchi requested a special permit, in accordance with <br />Zoning By -Law Table 1, line 6.14, for take out food service at the grocery store <br />at Countryside, 321 Woburn Street. <br />101 Spring Street: John J. Geany and Jacquelyn M. Geany requested a special <br />permit, in accordance with Zoning By -Law Section 7.4.9, to allow the continued <br />use of the dwelling at 101 Spring Street as located; and a variance of dimen- <br />sional controls, Section 7.1 and Table 2, to add a second floor, which will be <br />no closer to the front lot line than the existing house. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />643 Waltham St. - SP granted (expiration date 5/12/87). A unanimous decision. <br />196 Woburn St. - By unanimous vote, the hearing was continued to July 11. <br />231 Bedford St. Variance granted, unanimously. <br />321 Woburn St. - SP granted unanimously. <br />101 Spring St. - SP granted unanimously; Variance granted unanimously. <br />Other action: The Board voted unanimously on the advice of Francis X. Fields, <br />Town Engineer, to accept the plan, signed on May 30, 1985 and revised on June 7, <br />1985, showing new water pipe connection for Kilnbrook IV, 20 Maguire Rd.
