LEXINGTON BOARD OF APPEALS <br />May 23, 1985 <br />Pursuant to notice in the Lexington Minute -Man, a newspaper of general <br />circulation in the Town, published on May 9 and 16, 1985 and notice sent by mail, <br />postage prepaid, to all interested parties pursuant to the provisions of Massachu- <br />setts General Laws, public hearings were held in the Town Office Building on the <br />petitions listed below. <br />Acting on the petitions were: Chairman Thomas G. Taylor, Vice Chairman <br />Natalie H. Riffin, Robert M. Gary, Clarence D. Turner, and Associate Member <br />Robert V. Whitman. <br />1088 Massachusetts Avenue: Wendy Tighe -Hendrickson requested a special permit, in <br />accordance with Zoning By -Law Section 3.3 and Table 1, line 8.3, to continue to <br />use a portion of her residence at 1088 Massachusetts Avenue as an office for the <br />practice of counseling as a licensed psychologist. <br />15 Utica Street: James H. Burke requested a variance of dimensional controls, <br />Section 7.4.1 b, in order to attach a Solar Sunspace Addition to the side of the <br />house,::built in 1905, at 15 Utica Street. <br />435 Concord Avenue: Suzanne Miller requested a special permit in accordance with <br />Table 1, line 2.2, to operate a nursery/day care center for fifteen children at <br />435 Concord Avenue. <br />99 East Street: David J. O'Brien requested a special permit, in accordance with <br />Zoning By -Law Section 5.7, to construct an inground swimming pool at 99 East St. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />1088 Mass.
