LEXINGTON BOARD OF APPEALS <br />April 11, 1985 <br />' Pursuant to notice in the Lexington Minute -Man, a newspaper of general <br />circulation in the Town, published on March 28 and April 4, 1985 and notice <br />sent by mail, postage prepaid, to all interested parties pursuant to the <br />provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, public hearings were held in the <br />Town Office Building on the petitions listed below. <br />Acting on the petitions were: Vice Chairman Natalie H. Riffin, Robert M. <br />Gary, Anne R. Scigliano, Clarence D. Turner, and Associate: Mary W. Miley. <br />130 Pleasant Street: Lexington Montessori School Inc. requested a special <br />permit, in accordance with Table 1, line 2.2, to construct a one story (4,000 <br />sq. ft.) building. The additional space would allow the school to add grades <br />5 and 6 to its existing elementary education program. Total enrollment at <br />the school would be 130 students. <br />14 Curve Street: Elizabeth L. Collins requested a variance of Zoning By -Law <br />dimensional controls, Sections 6 and 7 (for a side yard setback) to construct <br />a two story addition to the rear of the house, built before 1900. . <br />915 Waltham Street: Texaco, Inc. requested a variance of Zoning By -Law dimen- <br />sional.controls, Section 7 and Table 2 (for front yard setback) to allow the <br />construction of a canopy to cover existing fuel dispensers at the gasoline <br />service station at 915 Waltham Street. <br />22 Woodpark Circle: Judith and George Farr requested a special permit, in <br />accordance with Zoning By -Law Section 5.7, for the construction of an inground <br />swimming pool at 22 Woodpark Circle. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />130 Pleasant St. - SP granted, by unanimous vote. <br />14 Curve St. - Variance granted, by unanimous vote. <br />915 Waltham St. - Variance granted, by unanimous vote. <br />22 Woodpark Circle - SP granted, by unanimous vote. <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:35 P.M. <br />Note: Please see decisions for <br />details.
