LEXINGTON BOARD OF APPEALS <br />February 14, 1985 <br />Pursuant to notice in the Lexington Minute -Man, a newspaper of general <br />circulation in the Town, published on January 31 and February 7, 1985 and <br />notice sent by mail, postage prepaid, to all interested parties pursuant to <br />the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, public hearings were held in <br />the Town Office Building on the petitions listed below. <br />Acting on the petitions were: Chairman Thomas G. Taylor, Vice Chairman <br />Natalie H. Riffin, Anne R. Scigliano, Clarence D. Turner and Associate Member <br />John J. McWeeney. <br />18 Boulder Rd., Richard J. and Lee A. Marzilli requested a variance of <br />dimensional controls, Zoning By -Law Section 7 and Table 2, to add a one-story <br />addition to the single family house at 18 Boulder Road. <br />39 Lincoln St., Donald M. Crocker, Jr. and Sandra C. Crocker requested a <br />variance of dimensional controls, Zoning By -Law Section 7.1 and Table 2 to <br />add a two-story addition to the single family residence at 39 Lincoln Street. <br />23 Pearl St., Stephen Puleo requested a variance of dimensional controls, <br />Zoning By -Law Section 7 and Table 2, for a single story addition to the <br />single family house at 23 Pearl Street. <br />62 Harding Rd., James W. Driscoll and Elizabeth MacEachron requested a special <br />' permit, pursuant to Zoning By -Law Sections 3.3 and 7.4.9, for the continued <br />use of the single family house, as located on the lot., at 62 Harding Road. <br />6 North Hancock St., Richard P. Folsom. A hearing was held on Mr. Folsom's <br />petition to extend the take-out food service, by adding seafood products and <br />poultry at the food market,on January 24, 1985. No decision was reached on <br />that date. Discussion with respect to coming to a decision was continued to <br />February 28. (please see February 28 minutes) <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />18 Boulder Rd. - Variance granted by unanimous vote. <br />39 Lincoln St. - Variance granted by unanimous vote. <br />23 Pearl St. - Variance denied by unanimous vote. <br />62 Harding Rd. - SP granted by unanimous vote. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:32 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />c� �,e 6#_� <br />Evelyn F.
