LEXINGTON BOARD OF APPEALS <br />January 10, 1985 <br />Pursuant to notice in the Lexington Minute -man, a newspaper of general <br />circulation in the Town, published on December 27, 1984 and January 3, 1985 <br />and notice sent by mail, postage prepaid, to all interested parties pursuant <br />to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, public hearings were held <br />in the Town Office Building on the petitions listed below. <br />Acting on the petitions were: Chairman Thomas G. Taylor (except for the <br />70 Westview St., Dupree Associates hearing. Eric T. Clarke, Associate Member <br />sat for that hearing and Natalie H. Riffin chaired the hearing), Natalie H. <br />Riffin, Vice Chairman; Robert M. Gary, Anne R. Scigliano and Clarence D. Turner. <br />225 Waltham St., Lot B. Moore Homes, Inc. requested a special permit, pursuant <br />to ZBL Section 5.3 and Tabled, line 1.6, to convert the single family residence <br />at 225 Waltham Street into a two family home. (This hearing was continued <br />from December 13, 1984 by request of Petitioner.) <br />80 Westview St., John A. Rizzo requested a special permit to maintain a tempor- <br />ary structure (office trailer), pursuant to ZBL Table 1, line 9.1, on the <br />property at 80 Westview Street, zoned CM, Manufacturing and Research Park <br />District. The trailer would be used for administrative offices by Photo Market- <br />ing Service. (This hearing was continued from December 13, 1984, since the <br />Petitioner was not present on that date. This is not usual procedure. The <br />request could have been denied because he was not present.) <br />70 Westview St., Dupree Associates. This hearing was schedule to review the <br />plan submitted by Dupree Associates to control traffic impact at the site of <br />the office building at 70 Westview Street known as Kiln Brook IV, all in accord- <br />andce with a condition of the amended special permit granted by the Board to <br />Dupree Associates, filed with the Town Clerk on November 23, 1983. <br />52 Lowell Street, Rosina Busa requested special permits, pursuant to Zoning <br />By -Law Section 3 and Table 1, lines 3.4 and 3.5, for the operation of a roadside <br />stand and to sell Christmas trees and wreaths in the appropriate season at Sun <br />Valley Farms. <br />41 Preston Rd., Sidney D. and Freida Alpert requested a special permit, pursuant <br />to ZBL Section 7.4.9, for the continued use of the shed, as located on the <br />premises at 41 Preston Road with insufficient rear yard setback. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />225 Waltham St. - SP granted, unanimously. <br />80 Westview St. - SP granted by vote of 4 to 1, Mr. Gary voting in the negative. <br />70 Westview St. - Hearing continued to January 24, 1985. <br />52 Lowell St. - SP's granted, unanimously (exp. 6/1/86) <br />41 Preston Rd. - Petitioner withdrew his petition. <br />The meeting adjourned at 11:23 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />( <br />Evelyn F.
