53 <br />Pursuant to <br />circulation in t <br />by mail, postage <br />of Massachusetts <br />Building on the <br />LEXINGTON BOARD OF APPEALS <br />December 20, 1984 <br />notice in the Lexington Minute -man, a newspaper of general <br />he Town, published on December 6 and 13, 1984 and notice sent <br />prepaid, to all interested parties pursuant to the provisions <br />General Laws, public hearings were held in the Town Office <br />petitions listed below. <br />Acting on the petitions were: Chairman Thomas G. Taylor, Anne R. Scigliano, <br />Associate Members: Susan S. Beck, Eric T. Clarke and Robert V. Whitman. <br />1403 Massachusetts Ave., Adams -Russell Cable Services Lexington, pursuant to ZBL <br />Table 1, line 2.3, requested a special permit for continuation of the special <br />permit granted 11/19/81 for the purpose of providing a television studio to <br />broadcast community programming on closed circuit and maintain ancillary support <br />function by Adams -Russell in the ground floor and first floor sections of the <br />Monroe School, 1403 Massachusetts Avenue, presently occupied by Adams -Russell. <br />No changes in the existing special permit are sought. <br />11 Scott Rd.., Kerrie Realty Trust requested a variance of Section 7 and Table 2, <br />to allow the house at 11 Scott Road to remain as located with a front yard set- <br />back of 28.5 feet instead of the required 30 feet. <br />46 Bedford St., Battle Green Service Center, Inc. requested a special permit, <br />pursuant to Section 3.3 and Table 1, line 5.5, to construct an addition to be <br />used as a shelter for a commercial car wash to be operated in conjunction with <br />the operation of the existing retail gasoline station at 46 Bedford Street. <br />150 East St., Doran Greenhouses, Inc. requested special permits to continue the <br />operation of a roadside stand for the sale of flowers, plants and other nursery <br />and farm goods on the premises located at 150 East Street; and to sell Christmas <br />trees, wreaths, etc. in the appropriate season, all in accordance with ZBL Table <br />1, lines 3.2, 3.3, 3.4 and 3.5 and Section 5.5 and any other applicable <br />provisions. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />1403 Mass. Ave. - SP granted, by unanimous vote. <br />11 Scott Rd. - Variance granted, by unanimous vote. <br />46 Bedford St. - SP denied, by vote of three to two as follows: <br />Voting in opposition: Anne R. Scigliano, Susan S. Beck, Robert V. Whitman; <br />Voting in favor of a two year permit: Thomas G. Taylor and Eric T. Clarke. <br />150 East St. - Special Permits granted, by unanimous..vote. <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:58 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Evelyn F.
