LEXINGTON BOARD OF APPEALS <br />December 13, 1984 <br />Pursuant to notice in the Lexington Minute -man, a newspaper of general circulation <br />in the Town, published on November 29 and December 6, 1984.and notice sent by mail, <br />postage prepaid, to all interested parties pursuant to the provisions of Massachusetts <br />General Laws, public hearings were held in the Town Office Building on the petitions <br />listed below. <br />Acting on the petitions were: Chairman Thomas G. Taylor, Vice Chairman Natalie <br />H. Rif fin, Clarence D. Turner and Associate Members: William C. Hays and Mary W. Miley. <br />80 Westview St., John A. Rizzo requested a special permit to maintain a temporary <br />structure (office trailer), pursuant to ZBL Table 1, line 9.1, on the property at 80 <br />Westview Street, zoned CM, Manufacturing and Research Park District. The trailer will <br />be used for administrative offices by Photo Marketing Service. <br />9 Locust Avenue, Fred & Victoria Rothbaum, requested a variance of dimensional controls, <br />ZBL Section 7 and Table 2, to allow a family room addition to be constructed at the <br />rear of the house at 9 Locust Avenue. <br />225 Waltham St., Lot B, Moore Homes, Inc. requested a special permit, pursuant to ZBL <br />Section 5.3 and Table 1, line 1.6, to convert the single family residence at 225 <br />Waltham Street into a two family home. <br />153 North St., Amalia G. Samoylenko requested a special permit for five congregate <br />living facilities, pursuant to ZBL Section 9.2, on the property at 153 North Street. <br />' By unanimous vote, the Board agreed to allow the petitions for 80 Westview St. <br />and 225 Waltham St. to be continued as follows: <br />80 Westview St. - Hearing continued to January 10, 1985, 8:00 p.m'. <br />225 Waltham St. - Hearing continued to January 10, 1985, 7:45 p.m. <br />Re: 80 Westview St. John A. Rizzo was not present for the hearing. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />9 Locust Ave. - Variance granted, unanimously. <br />153 North St. - Special Permit denied, unanimously. <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:53 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />�n�r ee_e� <br />Evelyn F.
