LEXINGTON BOARD OF APPEALS <br />October 11, 1984 <br />Pursuant to notice in the Lexington Minute -man, a newspaper of general circulation <br />in the Town, published on September 27 and October 4, 1984 and notice sent by mail, <br />postage prepaid, to all interested parties pursuant to the provisions of Massachusetts <br />General Laws, public hearings were held in the Town Office Building on the petitions <br />listed below. <br />Acting on the petitions were: Chairman Thomas G. Taylor, Vice Chairman Natalie H. <br />Riffin, Robert M. Gary, Anne R. Scigliano and Clarence D. Turner. <br />364 Waltham St., R. T. Fitzsimmons & Margaret M. Benson requested a special permit to <br />convert the single family dwelling to a two family dwelling. <br />396 Waltham St., Mobil Oil Corporation requested a special permit for an illuminated, <br />standing sign, pursuant to ZBL sign regulations, Sections 10.4 and 10.2.5, to replace <br />the present sign. <br />92-100 Hayden Ave., Trustees of 92 Hayden Avenue Trust, c/o Boston Properties, <br />requested a special permit for an internally illuminated standing sign. <br />39 Bedford St., Hodgdon-Noyes Gulf, Inc. requested special permits as follows: SP for <br />automotive sales and service uses, pursuant to Table 1, lines 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4; <br />and SP for signs (ZBL Sections 10.1.4 and 10.4.5, sign regulations). <br />94 Hartwell Ave., Alfred P. Tropeano requested a special permit (SPS), pursuant to <br />Zoning By -Law Section 3.4 (site plan review) and Table 1, line 6.12, for construction <br />and operation of a restaurant. Property is zoned CM and is shown on Lexington Assessors' <br />Map 73, 1/2 of Lot 9. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk, <br />364 Waltham St. - SP granted, unanimously. <br />396 Waltham St. - SP granted, unanimously. <br />92-100 Hayden Ave. - SP granted, unanimously. <br />39 Bedford St. - SP's granted, unanimously. <br />94 Hartwell Ave. - SPS granted, unanimously. <br />The Board, by unanimous vote, re-elected Thomas G. Taylor as Chairman, Natalie H. <br />Riffin as Vice Chairman, and Evelyn F.
