LEXINGTON BOARD OF APPEALS <br />June 14, 1984 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Feting Room at <br />7:45 P.M. Present and acting on petitions were: <br />Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman <br />Robert M. Gary <br />Anne R. Scigliano <br />Clarence D. Turner <br />William C. Hays, Associate <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions. <br />44 Bartlett Ave., John and Theresa Avery requested a special permit, pursuant to <br />ZBL Section 5.7, to install an above ground pool. <br />12 Wheeler Rd., Syed Nuruzzaman requested a variance of dimensional controls, ZBL <br />Section 7 and Table 2, to enlarge and change the front entrance of their residence. <br />The front yard setback to the new foyer and steps will be less than 30 feet from <br />the front lot line. <br />16 Bridle Path, Catherine Steiner -Adair requested a special permit, pursuant to <br />ZBL Section 3.3 and Table 1, line 8.3, to use a portion of her residence as an <br />office. <br />323 Marrett Rd., Micheal Djevalikian requested a special permit, pursuant to ZBL <br />Sections 10.1.4 and 10.2.5, for two internally illuminated wall signs for the <br />Dunkin Donut Shop at 323 Marrett Road at the corner of Waltham St. One sign would <br />face Marrett Road. The other would face Waltham St. <br />52 Lowell St., Rosina Busa requested special permits, pursuant to ZBL Section 3 <br />and Table 1, lines 3.4 and 3.5, for operation of a roadside stand and to sell <br />Christmas trees and wreaths in the appropriate season at Sun Valley Farms. <br />5 Grove St., G. H. Joshi and Anne C. Joshi requested a variance of dimensional <br />controls, Section 7 and Table 2, to construct a free-standing garage.. The garage <br />would have a front yard setback at one corner of 15.3 feet instead of 30 feet. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />44 Bartlett Ave. - SP granted, by unanimous vote. <br />12 Wheeler Rd. - V granted, by unanimous vote. <br />16 Bridle Path - SP granted for 5 years (vote 4 to 1, Mr. Gary not in favor). <br />323 Marrett Rd. - SP granted, by unanimous vote. <br />52 Lowell St. - SP granted (exp. 1/15/85), by unanimous vote. <br />5 Grove St. - V denied, by unanimous vote. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:55 P.M. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Evelyn F.
