LEXINGTON BOARD OF APPEALS <br />May 10, 1984 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room at <br />7:45 P.M. Present and acting on petitions were: <br />Thomas G. Taylor, Chairman <br />Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman <br />Anne R. Scigliano <br />Clarence D. Turner <br />Jonathan P. Doran, Associate <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions. <br />9 Paddock Lane, Arthur and Arlene Ansin requested a variance of Zoning By -Law Section <br />2 (frontage street) to change their legal address from 86 Marrett Road to 9 Paddock <br />Lane. <br />6 Albemarle Avenue, Kenneth Virgile and Helene Mayer requested a special permit, <br />pursuant to ZBL Section 7.4.9, to allow the single family house at 6 Albemarle Ave. <br />to remain as located and a variance of ZBL Sections 6, 7 and Table 2 (dimensional <br />controls) to add an addition. <br />1721 Massachusetts Avenue, Alex Castiello requested pursuant to ZBL Section 3.3 and <br />Table 1, lines 6.13 and 6.14, to operate a bakery for the sale of bakery items to be <br />taken out or eaten on the premises on a self service basis, at 1721 Mass. Ave. <br />'294 Woburn St., Mary C. Pedrotti requested a special permit to install a swimming <br />pool, pursuant to ZBL Section 5.7, at 294 Woburn Street. <br />Hartwell Ave., near Wood St. and Hanscom AFB (town map 73, lot 10 and map 74, lot <br />1A), Zoned CD, for the uses and under the conditions set forth both in Article 61 <br />as approved by the 1982 Town Meeting for the Town of Lexington and in the order of <br />conditions issued by the Lexington Conservation Commission dated 28 April 1983. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />9 Paddock La. - Variance granted, by unanimous vote, to designate Paddock Lane as the <br />frontage street. <br />6 Albemarle Ave. - SP to allow house to remain as located. <br />Variance to add an addition, granted. <br />1721 Mass. Ave. - SP granted, by unanimous vote. <br />294 Woburn St. - SP granted, by unanimous vote.. <br />Hartwell Ave.- SP granted, by unanimous vote. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:52 P.M. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Y <br />Evelyn F.
