LEXINGTCN BOARD OF APPEALS <br />April 26, 1984 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room at <br />7:45 P.M. Present and acting on petitions were: <br />Thomas G. Taylor, Chairman <br />(except for 10 Tower Rd. hearing) Associate John J. McWeeney "sat" <br />Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman and voted on 10 Tower Rd. hearing. <br />Robert M. Gary <br />Anne R. Scigliano <br />Clarence D. Turner <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions. <br />10 Tower Rd., Edwin B. and Myrtle Y. Cox requested a special permit under Section <br />7.4.9 to allow the garage at 10 Tower Road to remain as it has been located since <br />1931. <br />49 Fletcher Ave., Longley Development Corporation requested a variance of dimensional <br />controls, Section 7 and Table 2, to allow the single-family house at 49 Fletcher Ave. <br />to remain as located with a rear yard setback of 12.5 feet instead of 15 feet. <br />30 Hayes Lane, Longley Development Corporation requested a variance of dimensional <br />controls, Section 7 and Table 2, to allow the single-family house at 30 Hayes Lane <br />to remain as located with a side yard setback of 11.81 feet instead of 12 feet and <br />a front yard setback of 29.3=feet instead of 30 feet. <br />6 Myrna Rd., Judie Gianturco requested a special permit, pursuant to Sections 3.3 and <br />7.4.9, to continue the use of the inground pool located 14 feet from the rear lot <br />line instead of 15 feet and 11 feet from the side lot line instead of 15 feet. Also, <br />to allow the, house, built in 1950, to remain as located with a 14.40 ft. side yard, <br />instead of 15 feet <br />231 Bedford St., Carmen & Annette Lombardo requested a variance from Section 9.8.6 <br />(ZBL Schedule of Dimensional Restrictions for Parking and Loading) to allow Parking <br />on land owned by the applicant, zoned residential, and located adjacent to and behind <br />land owned by the applicant zoned CN for which a special permit to operate a hair- <br />dresser's salon has issued. Both CN and residential areas are part of and have always <br />been the same lot. <br />84 Maple St., Allan & Shirley Thenen requested a special permit, pursuant to ZBL Sec- <br />tion 7.4.9, to allow an existing garage constructed in 1915 to remain as located at <br />84 Maple St., 6 feet from a side lot line, instead of 15 feet. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />10 Tower Rd. - SP granted, unanimously. <br />49 Fletcher Ave. -Variance granted, unanimously. <br />30. Hayes Ave. - Variance granted, unanimously. <br />6 Myrna Rd. - SP granted, unanimously. <br />231 Bedford St. - Withdrawn (by unanimous vote of the Board). <br />84 Maple St. --SP granted, unanimously. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:22 P.M. <br />Respectfully sukmitted, <br />Evelyn F.
