1 <br />1 <br />LEXINGTON BOARD OF APPEALS <br />March 22, 1984 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room <br />at 7:45 p.m. Present and acting on petitions were: <br />Thomas G. Taylor, Chairman <br />Natalie H. Ri£fin, Vice Chairman <br />Robert M. Gary <br />Anne R. Scigliano <br />Clarence D. Turner <br />Public hearing were held on the following petitions. <br />420 Bedford St., Frederick Pilecki, F. P. Kitchen, Inc. requested a special permit, <br />pursuant to ZBL Table 1, line 8.6, to provide food service to tenants and <br />employees in the building at 420 Bedford Street (Boston Properties). <br />2 Pinewood St., William E. and Bernadette M. Jaros requested a variance of <br />dimensional controls, Section 7 and Table 2, to construct a garage within 10.5 <br />feet of the side property line. <br />14 Trotting Horse Drive, Gerald and Nina Holton requested a variance of dimensional <br />controls, Section 7 and Table 2, to allow a garage to remain were it had been <br />located with insufficient setback from the front lot line. <br />Peter F. DiMatteo, Building Commissioner, and Brad Nyhan, Assistant Building <br />Commissioner were present and gave testimony with respect to the Trotting Horse <br />Drive case. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />420 Bedford St. - SP granted, unanimously. <br />2 Pinewood St. - Variance denied, unanimously. <br />14 Trotting Horse Drive - Variance granted by vote of 4 to 1, Clarence D. <br />Turner voting in the negative. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:20 p.m. <br />Note; Please see decisions for details. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Evelyn F.
