LEXINGTON BOARD OF APPEALS <br />February 23, 1984 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room <br />at 7:45 P.M. Present and acting on petitions were; <br />Thomas G. Taylor, Chairman <br />Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman <br />Robert M. Gary <br />Anne R. Scigliano <br />Clarence D. Turner <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions. <br />22 Phinney Rd., William G. and Barbara A. Marley requested a special permit, pursuant <br />to Zoning By -Law Section 5.7, to install a swimming pool at 22 Phinney Road. <br />10 Pleasant St., Wilson Farm, Inc. requested special permits to continue to operate <br />a roadside stand and for the seasonal sale of Christmas trees, etc. (ZBL Section <br />3.3 and Table 1, lines 3.4 and 3.5). <br />329 Massachusetts Avenue, David F. Eagle, KEMM Management and Development Co., <br />requested special permits to continue present use of the property at 329 Mass. Ave. <br />as a gasoline filling service station as has been conducted since 1928 (ZBL Section <br />3 and Table 1, lines 5.1 and 5.2) and for signs, pursuant to Section 10.4.51 Sign <br />Regulations. Applicant recently acquired the premises. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />22 Phinney Rd. - SP granted, unanimously. <br />10 Pleasant St. - SP's granted, unanimously (expire 3/1/86) <br />329 Massachusetts Avenue - SP's granted, unanimously. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:20 P.M. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Evelyn F.
