LEXINGTON BOARD OF APPEALS November 17, 1983 The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room at 7:45 P.M. Present and acting on petitions were: for 70 Westview Street Sitting for the 5 other hearings: Natalie H. Riffin, Acting Chairman Thomas G. Taylor, Chairman Robert M. Gary Natalie H. Riffin, Vice -Chairman Anne R. Scigliano Robert M. Gary Eric T. Clarke Anne R. Scigliano Laurence K. Redgate Eric T. Clarke Public hearing were held on the following petitions. 70 Westview St., Dupree Associates requested an amendment of the special permit granted by the Board and filed with the Town Clerk on August 9, 1983. 13 Hathaway Rd., Joseph E. Johnson requested a special permit to construct an inground swimming pool. 7 Longfellow Rd., Joseph & Janet Schachter requested a special permit to install an inground swimming pool. 4 Bennington Rd., Kenneth B. Snell requested a special permit to construct a swimming pool. ' 66 Spring St., D. Michael and Gillian C. Gill requested a special permit under the provisions of ZBL Section 7.4.9 for the continued use of the garage on the premises at 66 Spring St. 4 Sherburne Rd., Edward C. & Catherine Hersey requested a special permit under the provisions cif ZBL Section 7.4.9 for the continued use of the dwelling house with inadequate side yards. Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. 70 Westview St. - Amendment to SP granted, unanimously. 13 Hathaway Rd. - SP granted, unanimously. 7 Longfellow Rd.- SP granted, unanimously. 4 Bennington Rd.- SP granted, unanimously. 66 Spring St. - SP granted, unanimously. 4 Sherburne Rd. - SP granted, unanimously.
