11 <br />C <br />LEXINGTON BOARD OF APPEALS <br />June 30, 1983 <br />The Board held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room at 7:30 P.M. <br />Present and acting on petitions were: <br />Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman <br />Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />Robert M. Gary <br />Clarence D. Turner, Associate <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions. <br />18 Cedar St.,: Dennis A. Brown, Administrator of the Estate of Viola Brown, requested <br />a special permit, pursuant to ZBL Section 7.4.9, to allow a garage to remain as it <br />has for at least 30 years, to complete sale of property at 118 Cedar Street. <br />10 Maguire Rd., Itek Corporation requested a special permit (SPS - ZBL Section 3.4) <br />to allow construction of a two-story (26,000 s.f.) addition to be used for office <br />space. A new kitchen and serving area will replace a kitchen and cafeteria. <br />Traffic impact continues to be a major concern of Town Boards. At this hearing <br />as well as others in the Hartwell Avenue area,town officials and others debate and <br />discuss this issue at great length. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />18 Cedar St.- SP granted unanimously. <br />10 Maguire Rd.
