J <br />1 <br />LEXINGTON BOARD OF APPEALS <br />June 9, 1983 <br />The Board held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room at 7:30 p.m. <br />Present and acting on petitions were: <br />Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman <br />Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />Anne R. Scigliano, Associate <br />Jonathan P. Doran, Associate <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions: <br />1 Field Rd., Nancy S. Seasholes requested a special permit under ZBL Section 7.4.9 <br />to allow the house at 1 Field Road to be maintained as presently located. <br />14 Peachtree Rd., Perry Pollins requsted a special permit under ZBL Section 5.7 to <br />construct a swimming pool. <br />128 Adams St., Judith R. Kohn requested a variance of dimensional controls ZBL <br />Table 2 to construct an addition. <br />Lot 2C (map 28) Lowell St., A & D Realty Trust requested a variance of dimensional <br />controls, Table 2 (frontage requirement) for a lot in the RS district having area <br />of 18,512 sq. ft. and frontage of 117.69 feet, instead of 125 feet, so that a <br />single-family house may be constructed on it.
