LEXINGTON BOARD OF APPEALS <br />May 216, 1983 <br />The Board held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room. Present <br />and acting on petitions were: <br />Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman <br />Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman <br />Robert M. Gary <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />William C. Hays, Associate Member <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions, beginning at 7:30 p.m. <br />24 Donald Street, Francis M. McNamara requested a special permit (Section 7.4.9) <br />to maintain existing dwelling as located and a variance from Table 2 (dimensional <br />controls) to add an addition (21x8'). <br />196 Woburn St., Robert & David Modoono requested special permits to continue <br />operation of a roadside stand and to sell Christmas trees and wreaths in the <br />appropriate season (ZBL Table 1, lines 3.4 & 3.5) at Highland Farms. <br />52 Lowell St., Rosina Busa requested special permits to continue operation of a <br />roadside stand and to sell Christmas trees and wreaths in the appropriate season <br />(ZBL Table 1, lines 3.4 & 3.5) at Sun Valley Farms. <br />85 Hartwell Avenue, Boston Properties requested to extend and/or renew and obtain <br />a special permit (SPS - site plan approval - ZBL Section 3.4) as originally granted <br />' by the Board of Appeals and filed with the Town Clerk. The special permit allowed <br />construction of a three-story office building and research park at 85 Hartwell Ave. <br />(Table 1, 4.1-4 and 7.1 and 7.2). No changes are requested. <br />85 Hartwell Avenue, Boston Properties requested to extend and/or renew and obtain <br />the variances (maximum percentage of compact automobile spaces and minimum width <br />of parking aisles - ZBL Section 9.8.2) as originally granted by the Board of Appeals <br />and filed with the Town Clerk for 85 Hartwell Ave. No additional relief is requested. <br />85 Hartwell Avenue, Boston Properties requested to extend and/or renew and obtain <br />the flood insurance special permit (ZBL Section 9.6) as originally granted by the <br />Board of Appeals and filed with the Town Clerk for 85 Hartwell Avenue. No changes <br />are requested. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />24 Donald St. - SP granted unanimously. <br />196 Woburn St. - SP granted unanimously to 4/30/85. <br />52 Lowell St. - SP's granted unanimously to 5/21/84. <br />85 Hartwell Ave. - ALL requests granted unanimously. <br />The meeting adjourned at 11:02 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />E <br />Evelyn F.
