1983 <br />TOWN OF LEXINGTON Hearings <br />BOARD OF APPEALS 1/6/83 <br />' The Board held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room. Present and <br />acting on petitions: Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman <br />Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman <br />Robert M. Gary <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />Clarence D. Turner, Associate <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions, beginning at 7:30 p.m.: <br />26 Freemont St., Clark and Christin L. Worcester requested a variance of dimensional <br />controls to expand the existing deck along the side of the existing dwelling. <br />(ref. Section 7.1 and Table 2) <br />33 Young St., William J. Hurley requested a special permit pursuant to Section 7.4.9 <br />(exemptions for certain non -complying buildings) to maintain the existing structures <br />as presently located at 33 Young St. <br />187-189 Bedford St., Philip Ciampa requested a special permit for an illuminated <br />sign (ZBL Section 10.2.5). <br />959 Waltham St., Lexington Lodge of Elks requested a temporary special permit (ZBL <br />Table 1, line 9.1) to allow for parking of six trailers to be used for the purpose <br />of distribution of telephone books. <br />17 Hartwell Ave., Kendall Co. requested a special permit to construct a solvent <br />storage shed (ZBL Table 1, line 8.13, Accessory use). <br />25 Bedford St., Moore Homes, Inc. requested a special permit (Section 3.3) to convert <br />a one -family home into a two-family home (Table 1, line 1.6). <br />Decisions filed with Town Clerk are listed below. Most decisions contain condi- <br />tions. Please see the decisions in each case for details.
