TOWN OF LEXINGTON <br />BOARD OF APPEALS <br />October 28, 1982 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in Selectmen's Meeting Room. <br />Present and acting on petitions: Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman <br />Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman <br />Robert M. Gary <br />Irving H. Mabee <br />Laurence K. Redgate, Associate (1st) <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions, beginning at 7:30 p.m. <br />143 Reed Street, Carmella R. Braswell requested a special permit to continue to <br />operate a telephone answering service from her residence (ref. Table I, lines <br />8.2, 9.1 and 2.3). <br />5 Gleason Road, Domenic J. and Christine B. DeFronzo requested a variance of <br />dimensional controls to add a porch to the rear of their residence. <br />3 Carriage Drive, Paul Vinger requested a variance of dimensional controls to add <br />an addition to the side of his residenc. <br />409 Mass. Ave., Lexington Toyota, Inc. requested a special permit for expansions <br />by additions to Lexington Toyota Dealership Facilities in order to accommodate <br />and more efficiently provide for customer service (ref. Table 1, lines 5.1, 5.2 <br />' & 5.4) . <br />409 Mass. Ave., Lexington Toyota, Inc. requested a special permit for signs. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk: <br />143 Reed St. - SP granted under 3.3 & Table 1, line 8.2 for 5 years. <br />Expiration date 10/28/87. (unanimous decision) <br />5 Gleason Rd. - Variance granted unanimously. <br />3 Carriage Dr. - Variance granted unanimously. <br />409 Mass.
