TOWN OF LEXINGTON <br />BOARD OF APPEALS <br />October 14, 1982 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in Selectmen's Meeting Room. <br />Present and acting on petitions: Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman <br />Natalie H. Riffin <br />Robert M. Gary <br />Irving H. Mabee <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions: (beginning at 7:30 p.m.) <br />1777 Massachusetts Avenue, Paul C. Sidman and Issac Dray, Versailles Restaurant, <br />Inc. requested a special permit, pursuant to Section 3.3 and Table 1, lines 6.12 <br />and 6.14, to continue operation of a restaurant and take out food service <br />(formerly Guenther's, Guenther & Nicole E. Weinkopf). <br />178 Lowell St., Lexington Hall (nursing home) requested a special permit for a <br />standing sign. <br />67 Webb St., William & Yolanda Wright.. The Board of Appeals, having received <br />notice that a notice of appeal had been filed with the Town Clerk of Lexington, <br />held a public hearing with respect to that appeal. The appeaP is regarding a <br />' building permit denial by the Building Commissioner. William and Yolanda Wright <br />wish to construct a single-family residential dwelling at 67 Webb St., property <br />shown as Lot 13A on Lexington Assessors' Map 54. (Ref. G.L. Ch. 40A, Sections 8 <br />and 15) . <br />67 Webb St., William W. Wright III and Yolanda M. Wright by Attorney Paul I. <br />Feinberg, Boston, requested a variance (ref. Section 7.1 and Table 2) from a <br />literal enforcement of the Zoning By -Law to enable applicant to build a single- <br />family house at 67 Webb St. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk: <br />1777 Mass. Ave. - SP granted unanimously. <br />178 Lowell St. - SP for standing sign granted unanimously. <br />67 Webb St. - Variance granted unanimously. <br />The Board voted unanimously to continue the hearing with respect to the <br />*Appeal made by the Wrights in regard to 67 Webb St. until November 18, 1982. <br />If the variance decision is not challenged within the 20 day appeal period, the <br />Petitioners' appeal to the Board of Appeals will be withdrawn. <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:45 P.M. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />' Evelyn F.
