1 <br />1 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS <br />July 15, 1982 <br />7:30 p.m. <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in Selectmen's Meeting Room. <br />Present and acting on petitions: <br />Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman <br />Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman <br />Irving H. Mabee <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />Jonathan P. Doran <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions: <br />53 Bedford St., Manfred and Huguette Betten requested a special permit to continue <br />to operate the take out food business of the Gourmet Farm Kitchen at 53 Bedford St. <br />399 Lowell St., Peter Nacopoulos requested special permits for the operation of a <br />restaurant, fast food service, and take out food service at 399 Lowell St. <br />399 Lowell St., Peter Nacopoulos requested a special permit for an illuminated sign, <br />which reads Lexington House of Pizza, already on the building at 399 Lowell St. <br />59 Worthen Rd., Grace Chapel, Chairman -Trustees Board, Paul Dorian, requested a <br />special permit to allow the letters spelling "Grace Chapel" to be placed on each of <br />two sides of the church building on Worthen Road that faces East and Southeast. <br />3 Doran Farm Lane (Morrow Crossing), Moore Homes, Inc. requested a revision and <br />amendment to the Morrow Crossing Special Permit to allow the construction of an <br />addition to the rear of Unit 3J. <br />39 Woodcliffe Rd., Amelia Breiting and John Schmitz requested a variance to allow a <br />foyer to be added to the front of the dwelling. Foyer will be in line with existing <br />front platform with setback of 26.2' instead of required 30'. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />53 Bedford St. - SP granted unanimously. <br />399 Lowell St. - SP's (all) granted unanimously. <br />59 Worthen Rd. - SP granted unanimously. <br />3 Doran Farm Lane - Revision & Amendment granted unanimously. <br />39 Woodeliffe Rd. - Variance granted unanimously. <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:02 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Note: Decisions have Evelyn F.
