BOARD OF APPEALS <br />June 10,, 1982 <br />7:30 p.m. <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in Selectmen's Meeting Room <br />Present and acting on petitions: Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman, acting Chairman <br />Robert M. Gary <br />Associates: Jonathan P. Doran <br />Anne R. Scigliano <br />Clarence D. Turner <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions: <br />12 Larchmont Lane, Edeltraud Tissler requested a specail permit, pursuant to Zoning <br />By -Law Section 7.4.9, to allow the continued use and maintenance of the structures <br />as presently located on property at 12 Larchmont Lane. <br />88 Reed St., Donald W. Martini requested variances of dimensional controls to <br />maintain existing dwelling as located and to add an addition which will have less <br />than the required setbacks. <br />450 Bedford St., Michael L. Colangelo requested a special permit for two standing, <br />illuminated identification signs with logo, 450 Bedford St., at the entrance and <br />exit of property. <br />' 186 Bedford St., Mystic Valley Mental Health Center Association, Inc. requested an <br />amendment to a special permit granted by the Board of Appeals to allow a change in <br />operating hours. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />12 Larchmont Lane - SP granted unanimously. <br />88 Reed St. - Variances granted unanimously (no business may be carried on). <br />450 Bedford St. - SP granted unanimously. <br />186 Bedford St. - SP amended the hours to allow Mon. through Fri,, 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. <br />Two Tues. per month, 9 to 11 p.m. for <br />Board of Directors' and Committee <br />Meetings. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:32 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Evelyn F.
