BOARD OF APPEALS <br />April 22, 1982 <br />7:30 p.m. <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting <br />Room. <br />Present and acting on petitions: Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman <br />Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman <br />Irving H. Mabee <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />Eric T. Clarke, Associate <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions: <br />73 Blake Rd., Robert H. Morrison requested a variance of dimensional controls <br />for an expansion and upgrading of an existing house. <br />15 Moon Hill Rd., Kay L. Kuhne Ting requested a special permit to continue the <br />use of an office for architectural practice in the lower level of her residence. <br />10 Ward St., Bruce E. Neale requested a special permit to construct a swimming <br />pool. <br />335 Woburn St., Paul Kaloostian requested a special permit for take out food <br />service (Alexander's Convenience Food Store). <br />' 342 Bedford St., Lisa T. Fitzgerald requested a special permit to establish a <br />riding school (Wildfire Farms). <br />Land off Grove St. and No. Emerson Rd., Oscar Cormier requested a special permit <br />(SPS with si plan review) for a cluster development for twenty dwellings on <br />18.5 acres of land (shown on Lexington Property Map 82, Lots 18, 83A, 84 and 101B). <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />73 Blake Rd. - Variance granted. <br />15 Moon Hill Rd. - SP granted (so long as Ms. Ting resides at 15 Moon Hill Rd.) <br />10 Ward St. - SP granted. <br />335 Woburn St. - SP granted. <br />342 Bedford St. - SP .for riding school granted (expires in one year). <br />Cluster Development - SPS (hearing adjourned to 5/27/82 for further information) <br />The meeting adjourned at 11:26 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Evelyn F'.
